We develop and distribute innovative technical solutions for the winter sports industry. Our range includes, among other things, complete solutions for professional ski and snowboard service, ski depots, storage systems for rental stations, as well as ski touring skins.

Why we are looking for you
As our long-standing employee is retiring, we are looking for a committed successor for our sales team in Switzerland.
These areas of responsibility await you
- Management of the telephone switchboard
- Oral and written customer support in German and French (at least B2)
- Handling all correspondence and order processing
- Conclusion and coordination of various contracts
- Billing of warranty services
- Coordination of the return or sale of test devices
- Invoicing of customer reports and service subscriptions
- Control of open scheduled orders
- Coordination and notification of deliveries
- Supervision of a trainee within the department
- Accounting tasks such as billing of rents – inventory rentals and loan equipment
- Control of reminders as well as coordination and communication with sales staff
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in clerical work or a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of French in spoken and written form, at least level B2
- Independent, motivated and reliable working style
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Teamwork and goal-oriented action
- Impeccable manners
