Head of Private and Corporate Credit Office

What awaits you?

• Lead, support and develop a team of 5 Credit Office and credit administration specialists
• Promote constructive collaboration between the Front Office and Credit Office with a focus on quality, efficiency and risk control
• Analyse, check and validate credit files in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Make credit decisions within the scope of delegated authorities
• Validate and/or carry out property valuations
• Advise and support Front Office teams in structuring and monitoring financing
• Ensure periodic monitoring of corporate client commitments and analysis of financial statements
• Ensure proper application of regulations and internal directives
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financing and risk management processes
• Depending on development prospects, progressively assume the deputy role of the head of the services sector

What do you bring?

• Completed banking training
• Proven experience in financing private and corporate clients
• Higher education (HEG, HES, University or legal field) is an asset
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite a team
• Collaborative spirit, pragmatism and solution orientation
