To complete our team in the therapy planning service at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC) locations in Novaggio and Faido, we are looking for a
Administrative Employee (50%)
Profile:
The therapy planning service works closely with the physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and medical services, mainly handling the planning of therapies and managing the schedules of therapists and various specialists involved in patient care. It is a role that plays a central part in the organization and coordination of the clinic's services, actively contributing to ensuring high-quality care for patients.
The person we are looking for is dynamic, flexible, and has an initiative spirit. They remain calm even in pressure situations and stand out for precision, speed, and organizational skills. They are comfortable with administrative tasks and can manage diverse tasks simultaneously, setting the right priorities, also based on inputs provided by the organization.
They also distinguish themselves by kindness, cordiality, and openness towards others, creating effective relationships both with colleagues and patients. They are aware of the importance of discretion and respect for professional confidentiality.
Required qualifications:
- Federal certificate of commercial employee competence (Commercial professional maturity is a preferred qualification)
- Excellent command of IT systems, particularly regarding the planning of programs and schedules for numerous collaborators
- Strong team work attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Native Italian speaker; knowledge of other national languages is a preferred qualification
- Professional experience gained in the healthcare sector
