CNC Setter / CNC Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for setting up CNC turning-milling centres for repeat orders
- Operation and monitoring of modern CNC machines
- Implementation of programme optimisations to increase quality and efficiency
- Ensuring timely and high-quality production
- Execution and documentation of quality controls, including measurements with a 3D coordinate measuring machine
- Recording and maintenance of order data in the ERP system
- Coordination and execution of machine maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Participation in the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes and machine workflows
Your Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in machining production
- Sound knowledge in handling CNC turning-milling centres
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Quality-conscious, independent and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and committed personality
- Enjoyment in manufacturing highly precise components
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least level B2
- Good user knowledge in handling ERP systems is an advantage
