Your main tasks:
- First point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners
- Welcoming and supporting new employees
- Helpdesk support
- Management of guest systems, visitor badges, parking spaces, and visitor communication
- Badge & access management
- First aid and caretaking during daily operations
- Coordination and support with deliveries
- Mail sorting/troubleshooting
- Company car management
- Lost & found management
Your profile:
- Basic training in hospitality or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Experience in an international large company is an advantage
- Very good language skills in DE/EN (Level C1), any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient use of macOS and MS Office for Mac
- Organizational skills and service-oriented
- Excellent appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people
