• Maintaining contact with relatives and reference persons of the residents
• Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
• Professional handling of medical-technical procedures according to applicable concepts and institutional guidelines
• Planning and conducting medical rounds
• Support in crisis situations and during dying

• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Ideally knowledge of the RAI LTCF system and easyDOK
• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Humour and passion for the profession
