Construction Cost Planner / Quantity Surveyor, 40-60% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You calculate the costs as well as the economic efficiency of complex construction projects
• You are also responsible for cost determination and cost management
• You prepare cost calculations and construction descriptions and identify cost-critical issues early
• In addition, you optimise the projects and take over cost controlling
• You quantify and evaluate the offers
• You apply your tact in negotiations with contractors
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 40 and 60%

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect or construction manager / technician, architectural draughtsperson or have further training in construction trades
• You can also demonstrate professional experience as a construction cost planner / quantity surveyor
• An economical way of thinking and working is also an important prerequisite
