For several of our clients who are major players in the Geneva watchmaking industry, we are looking for Watchmaking Operators ready to take on a new challenge.

Your daily routine

Every day, you contribute to the creation of exceptional products by performing tasks such as:

• Assembling and mounting watch components
• Finishing operations and quality control
• Aesthetic and dimensional inspection of parts
• Production monitoring using computer tools
• Adhering to the highest quality standardsWatchmaking Operator (M/F)
• Contributing to the smooth running of the workshop and continuous improvement

What will make the difference

You don’t necessarily have experience in watchmaking?

No problem.

We are primarily looking for people who have:

Excellent manual dexterity

Good visual acuityRigour and a taste for well-done work

Patience and concentration

A good team spirit

A desire to learn and develop

Experience in industry, jewellery, mechanics, electronics, medical, sewing, aesthetics or any activity requiring meticulous work is a real asset.
