What is my role?

• Responsibility for the successful commissioning and sustainable stabilisation of CNC manufacturing

• Professional parameterisation as well as continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Ensuring a trouble-free, efficient and reliable operation of the plant

• Systematic fault analysis and implementation of continuous improvement measures in production processes

• Central communication hub between production, technical department and external service providers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter, polymechanic, plant operator, mechatronics technician, automation technician or a comparable technical qualification

• Practical experience in operating or commissioning CNC-controlled or automated production systems

• Enthusiasm for technical contexts, production processes and their continuous optimisation

• Independent and solution-focused approach to tasks

• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to building new structures
