Legal Trainee at the Plessur Regional Court

The Plessur Regional Court is a court of first instance for civil and criminal matters based in Chur. It also includes the cantonal enforcement court as well as the mediation office with the conciliation authority for tenancy matters in the Plessur region. The caseload is approximately 2,200 cases per year (including cases of the enforcement court).
We are looking for a legal trainee for the Plessur Regional Court starting 1 July 2027 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Legal clarifications in civil, criminal, civil procedure and criminal procedure law, inheritance law as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
- Support for judges in case management
- Minute-taking in court hearings and during evidence collection
- Drafting decisions, judgments, rulings and orders
What we expect from you
- Completed studies in law (lic. iur. or MLaw)
- Practical experience, ideally at a court, in a law firm or in public administration
- Structured, forward-looking, independent and precise way of working
- Team-oriented, reliable, discreet and resilient personality
