WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

SHAPE CHANGE AND INNOVATION IN THE LIFE SCIENCES SECTOR

Advise customers in change and innovation projects: You support companies in the life sciences industry in successfully shaping change and innovation processes.
Design workshops & assessments: You prepare workshops and assessments, moderate them at the customer site and analyse the results to develop customised solutions.
Work with various stakeholders: You coordinate and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and project managers to develop sustainable solutions.
Use modern business models & methods: You apply innovative business models, solution approaches and best practices to optimise customer processes.
Coach teams & promote development: You accompany and coach teams in implementing new processes and methods directly at the customer site.
Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively build a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

Education & experience: Completed studies with a focus on science or computer science or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: You have several years of experience in business and IT consulting, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment or in a consultancy with a life sciences focus.
Methodical expertise: You bring expertise in business analysis, process modelling, requirements engineering and design specification.
Project & stakeholder management: You are experienced in handling complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Analytical & conceptual skills: You have a quick grasp, are persuasive and bring creative power.
Certifications: Ideally, you have certificates such as IIBA, IREB or OCEB. You have successfully completed or are willing to complete certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP or Hermes Advanced.
Agile methods: You are familiar with agile requirements engineering, quality assurance and cross-technology agile development methods.
Personal development: You have the ambition to continuously develop professionally and methodically.
Language skills: Very good German and English skills.
