- Reworking of components by straightening, grinding and finishing work
- Ensuring the required quality standards while complying with valid norms and guidelines
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment
- Ensuring the readiness of tools and operating resources
- Supporting the daily production process as well as taking on general tasks within the company
- Monitoring relevant performance indicators in your own work area
- Participating in optimisation projects for the continuous improvement of processes
- Close cooperation with adjacent departments to increase efficiency
- Compliance with safety regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment
- Good knowledge of common welding processes such as TIG, MAG and manual electrode welding
- Ideally valid welding certificates according to ISO standards
- Confident handling of various metals, especially steel and stainless steel
- Ability to correctly read and implement technical drawings
- Independent, careful and quality-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills as well as good communication abilities
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
- Basic PC skills

Tasks
- Manufacture of welded constructions from various materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium according to technical specifications- Reworking of components by straightening, grinding and finishing work

Profile
- Several years of practical experience in welding or comparable qualification- Good knowledge of common welding processes such as TIG, MAG and manual electrode welding
