Our kitchen is entirely focused on Italy, where communal feasting is a tradition and truly celebrated. From homemade and handcrafted pasta to the famous Spaghettata and the city-renowned Tavolata in Tavola: seasonal specialties offer everything that il "cuore italiano" desires.
Main tasks
- Responsible for the recipe-accurate production of dishes while adhering to hygiene regulations at your own station
- Co-responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
- Incoming goods inspection
- Daily mise en place work for the stations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook or equivalent experience
- Enjoyment of Mediterranean cuisine
- Good knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage
