Polymechanic for 5-Axis Milling and CAM Programming
Tasks
- Coordinate internal and external orders with management
- Create CAM programmes for customer parts
- Specifically optimise machining processes and programmes
- Appropriately determine tools and clamping devices
- Support apprentices in their third and fourth year of training
Requirements
- Apprenticeship qualification as a polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in setting up 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain control
- Solid knowledge of CAM programming
- Experience in mass production and contract manufacturing
- Further training in manufacturing or process optimisation would be desirable
