Your activities
• Identify, plan, carry out and evaluate nursing care services in the preventive, curative and educational areas specific to rehabilitation
• Welcome, integrate and support nursing students during their practical training period
• Define individualised learning objectives, adapted to the level of training and the skills to be developed
• Promote the development of autonomy, clinical reasoning, professional attitude and relational skills of the student
• Support the integration of theoretical knowledge into daily clinical practice
• Carry out intermediate and final assessments in accordance with the training institutions' reference frameworks
• Promote patient involvement in their care plan and in regaining their autonomy
• Perform delegated medical acts, delegate acts dependent on your own role and assume responsibility for them
• Contribute to a solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in the supervision and evaluation of students and trainees, as well as the integration of new staff
Your profile
• Diploma in nursing ES or HES (with Swiss Red Cross recognition if foreign)
• CAS or micro-certification as a practitioner trainer or willingness to obtain it
• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Native French or German speaker (level B2), with good knowledge of the other language
• Very good communication skills
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigour, vigilance and technical skills
• Proficiency in common IT tools
• Flexibility, stress resistance
• Ability to adapt to change and commitment to service projects
• Willingness to develop skills and professional development
