Your mission:
- Provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
- Evaluate services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the continuous improvement of interventions
Your profile:
- Diploma as a general care nurse or equivalent training
- 2 years of experience in acute care would be an asset
- Experience in geriatrics and/or respiratory and hospital rehabilitation
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Computer skills
- Particular interest in multidisciplinary work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
