SME Construction, Facility Services
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the overall coordination of construction projects in the Facility Services department in the area of building maintenance
- Ensuring site safety
- Maintenance work - Construction project manager / Site manager / Specialist
- Preparation of documents for building permits
- Collaboration with specialist departments such as Engineering, Production, and Maintenance
- Responsibility for the correct documentation of their responsibilities
Your Profile:
- Technical basic training
- Further training in construction (site manager, draftsman, etc.)
- Professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment with a basic understanding of GMP
- High safety awareness
- Analytical thinking, high accuracy, and structured working style
- Team ability, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills, English skills are a plus
