What you achieve

• You assist in processing hail and motor vehicle damages
• You receive damage reports by phone and process them within the framework of integrated claims handling
• You communicate with policyholders as well as internal and external parties
• You support the organisation of hail events and take on external assignments throughout Switzerland if required
• You contribute to efficient and customer-oriented claims processing

What you bring

• A completed commercial or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a strong service orientation
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and on an equal footing
• You enjoy working in a team, pitch in, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills; knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus
