We are looking for a Wellness & Fitness Shift Supervisor 100% for our team immediately or by arrangement.
Workload: 100%
Working hours: according to deployment plan, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Workplace: Pfäffikon SZ

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the organisation and smooth running during the respective shift
- Care of our guests, competent information and ensuring a high level of service
- Organisation and management of orders such as first aid and consumables
- Support in the creation and coordination of duty and shift planning
- Ensuring a structured flow of information and open communication within the department
- Support and coordination of the team during ongoing operations
- Conducting sauna infusions as well as ensuring order, cleanliness and a well-groomed appearance
- General control and replenishment tasks in the wellness and fitness area
Your profile
- Experience in wellness, fitness, gastronomy, tourism or service sector is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests and strong service orientation
- Sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Team spirit, communication skills and confident appearance
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays
