About the job
Just a stone's throw from Morges station, in brand new premises, GO2, the Romandy centre for sports and arts surgery and medicine, was created by a specialised and passionate team. It is intended for adolescents who regularly engage in physical activity, regardless of their level, whether for leisure, in a club, or even in an elite category. This team of doctors, surgeons, or therapists also advises any adolescent wishing to start or resume physical activity.
To strengthen our versatile team, we are looking for a:
Medical Assistant (M/F) at 80%
Permanent contract, starting 1st December 2026

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a medical practice, paediatrics is an asset.
- Skills in blood sampling and laboratory analyses.
- A strong interest in administrative tasks, logistics, and patient coordination.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Recognised skills in using IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment that fosters collegiality.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
- Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
- Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
- Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
- Manage telephone duty and message taking.
- Ensure the management of billing for medical acts.
- Manage all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the centre such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical records.
- Type, proofread, and transmit medical reports and examination results to doctors within appropriate deadlines.
