We are looking for a

Project Manager for the Vehicle Construction and Commercial Products Sector (80–100%)

Would you like to contribute your technical and organisational know-how to our team and independently coordinate and manage diverse customer orders in vehicle construction and commercial products from planning to successful completion?

What you can achieve with us:

• You take on the planning, coordination, and management of customer orders in vehicle construction and commercial products – from order acceptance to successful completion.
• You coordinate the involved specialist departments and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and agreed customer requirements.
• You are the central contact person for order-related customer communication and coordinate changes, delivery dates, and necessary approvals.
• You work closely with sales, design, production planning, purchasing, and production, monitor order progress, and ensure smooth and economical processing.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a technical or commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable qualification. Further training in order processing, production planning, purchasing, or business administration is an advantage.
• You bring professional experience, ideally in order processing, production planning, procurement, or a comparable function in a technical environment.
• You work independently, structured, and economically, have organisational skills, and appreciate cross-departmental collaboration.
• You communicate confidently in German, ideally have English or French skills, and are familiar with common Office and ERP applications.
