- You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of the Identity & Access Management (E-IAM) environment and the associated applications
- In this role, you analyse and handle requests, incidents, and problems in the IAM-/IGA environment and ensure comprehensible documentation
- As an IAM Application Manager, you contribute to the implementation of security and compliance requirements and support internal and external audits
- You manage and optimise role and permission management (RBAC) as well as the identity provider environment in the Microsoft Entra environment and support authentication and authorisation issues
- In this role, you participate in the design, implementation, and operation of IAM solutions
- As an IAM Application Manager, you bring in automation and improvement ideas and contribute to the continuous development of the area
Qualifications:
- You have several years of practical experience in the IAM and IGA environment, ideally with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- You are confident in the Microsoft Entra environment and familiar with identity provider technologies, Microsoft Active Directory Services, and Microsoft Exchange
- You have experience dealing with regulatory requirements and audits as well as a good understanding of IT security
- You quickly analyse complex contexts, work in a structured manner, and place great value on high documentation quality
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You convince through an independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style as well as pronounced teamwork skills
