Personnel Consultant / Recruiter, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the independent recruitment of specialised personnel, mainly for the areas of commercial employees and nursing professionals
• This is increasingly based on social media recruitment
• You conduct interviews and advise job seekers, whom you continue to support until their placement
• In addition, you take on the telephone and personal advice of companies and accompany them during the recruitment process
• Furthermore, you publish the vacancies on various internet platforms and assess the incoming applications
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a commercial clerk, retail specialist or equivalent
• You also bring professional experience in direct customer support
• You are well versed in the social media field and enjoy approaching new people daily
• Moreover, you appreciate versatility, also connected with occasional assignments in our offices in Frauenfeld and Amriswil
