Your versatile tasks

• You welcome and look after our international guests attentively, warmly and professionally.

• You serve food and drinks expertly and delight our guests with suitable wine recommendations.

• You ensure the daily mise en place and take care of optimal service preparation.

• You independently manage your own service station and ensure a smooth process during service.

• You post consumptions in the MICROS cash register system and carefully check the daily accounts.

• You respond professionally to guest feedback and find service-oriented solutions.

And you…

• have completed training in the hospitality industry, for example as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ.

• have initial or several years of professional experience in a comparable role.

• convince with a well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and a pronounced host mentality.

• communicate confidently and kindly in German; further language skills are an advantage.

• work reliably, precisely and keep an overview even in busy situations.

• are flexible, resilient and appreciate working in a well-coordinated and experienced team.
