We wish to recruit a Pathologist specialising in dermatopathology – Permanent Contract – 80-100%

Mission:

This position is aimed at an experienced pathologist wishing to work in a modern, stable setting focused on diagnostic excellence.

Main duties:

• Perform macroscopic and microscopic analysis of skin samples.
• Ensure diagnosis of inflammatory, tumoural, melanocytic and complex dermatological lesions.
• Validate histological examinations and, where applicable, immunohistochemical tests.
• Interpret common and complex dermatopathological cases with a high level of precision.
• Collaborate with partner clinicians in a spirit of quality, responsiveness and continuity of care.
• Participate in clinicopathological discussions and interdisciplinary exchanges.
• Contribute to maintaining the laboratory's quality standards.
• Participate, according to interest, in the development of dermatopathology activities, internal training or diagnostic innovation projects.

Profile

You are a confirmed pathologist, with solid experience in dermatopathology and a strong demand for diagnostic quality.

Ideally, you have the following qualifications:

• Medical specialist diploma in pathology.
• FMH title in pathology or equivalent foreign title recognised/recognisable in Switzerland.
• MEBEKO recognition obtained or in progress for foreign diplomas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pathology, ideally with significant activity in dermatopathology.
• Additional training, fellowship or extensive experience in dermatopathology highly appreciated.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Diagnostic rigour, autonomy, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with clinicians and technical teams.
• Interest in a demanding private environment, focused on quality, efficiency and medical service.
