Regional Concrete Machine Operator / Relief Worker (m/f)

For our gravel and concrete plants in Neuheim, Edlibach, Morgarten, Buchrain, and Seewen, we are looking for a flexible and motivated concrete machine operator. Cross-site assignments offer varied working days and a collegial working atmosphere.
Your main tasks include:
- Operating concrete plants and construction machinery
- Producing concrete mixtures according to recipe
- Feeding the concrete plant and loading gravel materials with the pneumatic loader
- Close cooperation with dispatchers, customers, drivers, and internal departments
- Maintenance and servicing of plant equipment
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mason or technical/mechanical apprenticeship (work experience in a concrete plant is an advantage)
- High flexibility, personal responsibility, and quick comprehension
- Physically fit and resilient
- Good German skills and customer-oriented behavior
- Manual dexterity and proficient use of IT
