As part of a major project to transform logistics management tools, we are looking for a IT Logistics & SAP Support Technician (M/F) to support business teams in the deployment of a new SAP environment.
A true link between users and technical teams, you will participate in improving processes, validating implemented solutions, and supporting employees in their use of new tools.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and analyse user needs.
- Participate in workshops and process definition.
- Contribute to testing and solution validation phases.
- Identify and report anomalies or areas for improvement.
- Support users during deployment.
- Prepare and lead training sessions.
- Provide local support and facilitate adoption of new tools.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.
Your profile
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain, engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and management flows.
- Experience working with an ERP, ideally SAP.
- Proficiency in office tools and ease with information systems.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both business and technical.
