Who are we?
We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.
The residential group HH1 currently offers space for 10 clients with cognitive impairments who require close support. For a 23-year-old client with both cognitive and psychological impairments, we are looking for two tertiary-trained specialists. The task includes individual day and leisure planning within the framework of special funding to stabilise and integrate the client into the residential group. Shifts take place from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00. Meals are included.
Due to the client’s medical condition, we prefer female specialists for this role.
At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of living and working opportunities. These include around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as diverse workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, facility maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.

What distinguishes you
- Completed training in social pedagogy or nursing at tertiary level (HF or FH)
- Experience in social therapeutic/psychiatric work
- Confident handling of challenging behavioural moments
- Ability to respond empathetically to individual needs and interest in building a reliable relationship
- Understanding of individual care approaches
