Refrigeration technology is becoming increasingly digital. Modern systems provide data around the clock, automatically report deviations, and can often be analysed or optimised remotely. This is exactly where you come into play for Schweitzer Cooling System.

As a Remote Cooling Expert, you are part of our digital service centre and keep an eye on our customers' cooling systems at all times. You analyse operational data, detect faults early, initiate the right measures, and support our technicians and customers in quickly finding solutions.

You work at the interface between refrigeration technology, digitalisation, and service, thus making an important contribution to the reliable and sustainable operation of the systems.

Your main tasks:

• Monitoring and analysing modern refrigeration systems via digital monitoring systems
• Early detection of faults, irregularities, and optimisation potentials
• Initiating and coordinating appropriate measures in case of faults and alarm messages
• Performing remote access, fault analyses, and remote support
• Evaluating system data as well as creating reports and recommendations for action
• Close cooperation with service technicians, customers, and internal specialist departments
• Active involvement in shaping our digital service and monitoring solutions

Your profile:

• Technical understanding in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, building, or electrical engineering
• Interest in digitalisation, IoT, and data-driven solutions
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving technical challenges
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Experience in technical service or monitoring is an advantage
