- Manage and analyse problems and identify root causes
- Handle non-conformities
- Develop and promote a quality culture
- TQ2 diploma in quality (non-negotiable)
- ES diploma as engineer or technician in the quality sector
- Proven experience in the watchmaking and machining sector in Switzerland (non-negotiable)
- Stable professional background
