For our client, an established family business from the Solothurn region, we are looking for a highly motivated head of packaging and order picking. In this responsible position, you will lead a small team and ensure a smooth process in the handling and delivery of products.

Head of Packaging - Order Picking (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Leadership and organisation of packaging and order picking
• Packing and labelling of meat and sausage products manufactured in-house
• Preparing delivery compilations as well as recording orders and ensuring timely availability
• Ordering goods and scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

We expect

• Training and/or experience in the food industry
• Experience with meat and sausage products is an advantage
• Enjoyment of teamwork and a collegial approach
• Organisational and leadership skills as well as being team-oriented, friendly, motivated, and reliable
• Structured working method and consistent adherence to hygiene regulations when handling food
• Flexible and independent, with own vehicle
• Willingness to work early hours
• Very good German language skills required
