Your tasks
- You develop a personnel development concept (talent, succession, and learning & development), aligned with the personnel strategy.
- You drive the implementation forward and establish processes and structures.
- You analyze development needs, plan appropriate personnel development measures (e.g., training, e-learning), and implement them.
- You advise and support our managers in all training and development topics in close cooperation with the HR managers.
- You organize and moderate training sessions and workshops and supervise external trainers.
- You are responsible for budget planning and control in the area of personnel development.
Your competencies
- Ideally, you have a university degree (psychology, pedagogy, or business administration) as well as further training in personnel development.
- You bring several years of professional experience in personnel development as well as solid knowledge of modern personnel development tools.
- You have HR project experience, especially in personnel and leadership development topics.
- You are very IT-savvy, think and act strategically and networked, and have very good conceptual skills.
- You have strong presentation and moderation skills and enjoy working with people.
- You are willing to take responsibility and have an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

The business area WAS Services offers the umbrella organization and the other associated business areas compensation office, IV, and wira diverse support. We are moving; from June 5, 2026, the new workplace will be at Langsägestrasse 13, 6010 Kriens (Eichhof West).
