What to expect

Checking and processing incoming intermediary applications
Telephone and written support for our external intermediaries on administrative and technical matters concerning products, applications, contracts and commissions
Recording and processing various contract changes from private customers
Ensuring first level support in the intermediary back office internally and externally
Conducting quality calls with our customers for welcome purposes as well as to check and ensure advisory quality
Administrative handling of intermediary onboarding including checking the required documents and preparing intermediary agreements
Close cooperation with key account managers, private sales management and other internal interfaces
Active participation in the further development of processes and quality assurance in the intermediary back office

What you bring

Commercial clerk with a federal VET diploma or equivalent qualification
High customer and service orientation
Strong communication skills and appropriate oral and written expression for the target audience
Solution-oriented, precise and efficient working style as well as process orientation
Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
High commitment, resilience, initiative and flexibility
Experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage
Knowledge of working with external sales partners, intermediaries or brokers is an advantage
Confident oral and written German skills (Italian, French and English skills are an advantage)
