Your tasks
- Ensure an effective and structured process for capturing, evaluating, and implementing ideas from all company areas
- Develop and implement innovation processes focusing on trends and achieving strategic goals
- Coordinate and lead innovation projects as well as take ownership of defined strategic topics
- Promote an innovation culture and work closely with departments to identify and implement new ideas
- Provide and continuously optimize methods, tools, and resources to foster creativity and innovation
- Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops to strengthen innovation competencies within the company
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure innovation output and project results
- Report to stakeholders (department management, executive management, and involved employees) on progress and successes of innovation projects and ideas
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field such as economics or innovation management or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in innovation management or a comparable role, ideally with knowledge in the financial industry
- Practical experience in implementing innovation projects as well as promoting creativity and innovation
- Experience in leading smaller projects and working with interdisciplinary teams
- Very good analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Communication and presentation skills to clearly convey innovations and processes and convince stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
