The Weisse Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and an enthusiastic community for unique mountain adventures. The restaurant shared flat for everyone: A shared flat full of life, with an open show kitchen and bar for self-service, a cosy lounge for coffee gatherings, surrounding sofa and work areas for co-working space users, and a garden for balcony chillers. Cooking is done with great attention to detail, without ready-made products but with plenty of organic produce, preferably from the region, and with mindfulness towards little to no waste.
