• Competent advice to our guests and sale of the diverse offers
• Professional receipt of customer feedback and appropriate follow-up
• Careful cash management with daily accounting
• Supervision of ticket vending machines
• Processing lunch group reservations in the Aleno system

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the service or tourism sector, desirable
• Professional experience with customer contact as well as a flair for numbers is an advantage
• Communication skills with a strong customer orientation
• Very good language skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to perform, ability to work in a team, and taking responsibility
• Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
• Proficient use of common MS Office programs and flair for digital media
