EnableMe has been supporting people with disabilities and chronic illnesses for over 20 years to lead a self-determined life. Our goal is for more people with disabilities to find employment in the primary labour market and for organisations to become more inclusive for all. To achieve this goal, we have built a broad portfolio of solutions – from the largest job portal for people with disabilities to specific solutions for young people and general strategic consulting.

Most products and services for people with disabilities are created without the involvement of those who need them most. EnableMe Insights reverses this: people with disabilities participate as paid experts – for banks, transport companies, authorities, and businesses. We continuously develop entrepreneurially and are now looking for a:

Venture Lead – EnableMe Insights (Social Impact & Growth) (80-100%) (f/m/d)

Your Role:

You will develop EnableMe Insights, our platform for the participatory design of products, services, and processes, from a functioning offering to a social impact business model that scales and is self-sustaining. You are not starting from scratch: there is a team, project infrastructure, customers, and success stories. But we want to scale our social impact to new dimensions through you.

You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Services, who will support you as an experienced sparring partner. You can expect teamwork, quick feedback, and plenty of creative freedom.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the growth plan for EnableMe Insights: impact, target segments, positioning, pricing, and revenue model
• You will expand the go-to-market structures together with the Business Development team: pipeline, partnerships, acquisition, sales talks
• You identify where AI and automation can make project implementation faster and more consistent and support their implementation
• You define the relevant key figures and manage accordingly
• You regularly exchange with customers and partners and translate their feedback into product improvements
• You take responsibility for the impact and financial sustainability of the project

Your Profile

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you have founded something, helped build something in an early phase, or driven an initiative where you had to overcome numerous hurdles
• You can demonstrate initial successes, whether in a start-up, consulting, a social enterprise, or with your own project. Career starters and all kinds of CVs are welcome
• Ideally, you have a completed university degree (or comparable education) in business or a related field
• You feel comfortable in uncertain situations and take on both strategic and operational work
• You are interested in and have experience with AI and want to apply it to concrete operational challenges
• You can explain the same offer to a bank CFO as well as to a young person in training – and convince both
• You have a strong affinity for the topic of disabilities and chronic illnesses and/or experience in the social sector or are motivated to learn quickly
• You are a team-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused person
• Fluent German and English are mandatory, Swiss German and French are a bonus
