What is my role?

As Team Leader Controlling, you take on a central role in our finance department and lead a dedicated team of controlling specialists.

Your main tasks include:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of your controlling team

• Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of profit and loss accounts for various business areas and locations

• Management of cost accounting, calculation and ensuring correct master data as well as value flows in the system

• Conducting reconciliations between profit and loss and financial accounting

• Development and further enhancement of budgeting and reporting processes

You create meaningful analyses and reports for management, continuously optimise our controlling tools and systems, and actively contribute to cross-departmental projects. In doing so, you work closely with various departments and serve as an important interface between finance and operational business.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a commercial education with further training in controlling or a completed business administration degree.

• Solid experience in the controlling environment and understanding of business management contexts

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus

• Analytical thinking combined with a structured and precise way of working

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders

• Team orientation and the ability to motivate and develop employees

• High sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability
