60% Multi-skilled Employee

for Outdoor Services and Concierge

The tasks awaiting you:

• Carry out routine maintenance work on the communal public domain
• Maintenance of green spaces and communal fountains
• Maintenance, repair and cleaning of communal buildings
• Transport and setup of various equipment
• Management of refuge rentals (handover and keys, cleaning and inventory)
• Supervision of the recycling centre (Wednesday evening)
• Winter service

Desired profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence as an operations agent or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field
• Holder of category B and BE driving licences
• Ability to operate small machines and a variety of tools
• Manual dexterity and versatility
• Able to work independently
• Organisational, coordination and initiative skills
• Good communication skills
• Resident within a 30-minute radius to ensure winter service during winter
