Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Experience

Tasks

Collaboration and active support on construction sites in garden and landscape construction
Leading a small work group in daily site operations
Organising workflows in coordination with the foreman or site manager
Execution of new installations, modifications as well as natural stone, surfacing and planting work
Monitoring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
Material orders and reporting
Support in training apprentices and new employees

Requirements

Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction
Professional experience as a foreman or willingness to take on this responsibility
Responsible and independent working style
Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
Good manners towards customers and business partners
Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
