Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape demanding tasks in a dynamic environment and contribute your ideas to an open work culture characterised by flat hierarchies. You take responsibility for service-oriented administration in property management and contribute your practical know-how to the further development of processes. Responsibilities:
- You professionally and proactively manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- In this role, you communicate and negotiate with tenants, authorities, and contractors.
- As a property management administrator, you organise and accompany viewings, inspections, handovers, and the entire re-letting process.
- You coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation work and handle claims.
- In this role, you take on dunning and debt collection and check heating and ancillary cost statements.
- You prepare budgets, forecasts, reports, and market analyses and contribute to the optimisation of processes and digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or construction-related basic training with further education in the real estate sector (federal specialist certificate)
- At least 8 years of professional experience in property management
- Very structured, precise, and reliable working style
- Strong team skills as well as high resilience, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Forward-looking, networked thinking with an independent working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as secure use of the MS Office suite (Garaio REM advantageous)
