- Manage internal and external complaints as well as service documentation
- Manage mediums for banking service and hotlines
- Provide technical support for onboarding partners and internal employees and train new employees and apprentices
- Participate operationally as needed
- Actively participate in exchanges, working groups, and projects of the Customer Service Center
- Contribute to service quality and achieving objectives towards our internal and external customers
- Completed basic commercial training
- Strong interest in new technologies, technical skills, and experience in banking or adult education
- Collaborative leadership, team spirit, sense of responsibility, development, initiative, and synthesis skills
- Strong customer orientation and proactive, solution-focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Perfect command of French spoken and written, with good knowledge of German (level B2)
