Who we are
Your tasks
HR Administration & Personnel Support
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle (entry to exit)
- Independent handling of entries, exits, and internal changes
- Creation and processing of employment contracts, contract changes, terminations, work certificates, and other HR documents
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data as well as electronic personnel files
- First point of contact for employees as well as external offices (phone, email, authorities)
- Creation of interim earnings and employer certificates
Payroll & Social Security
- Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting (Abacus)
- Ensuring correct, timely, and complete payroll processing
- Processing of all social insurances
- Contact person for employees regarding payroll and social insurance questions
- Collaboration with external partners such as insurance companies, pension funds, and authorities
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the payroll area
Recruiting & HR Support
- Support in the recruitment process (advertisements, pre-selection of applicants, interview coordination)
- Participation in the recruitment of teachers and administrative staff
- Close cooperation with HR management in daily operations
Reporting, Systems & Processes
- Creation of HR reports, evaluations, and statistics
- Participation in the development and support of the time tracking system
- Active participation in HR projects and optimization of existing processes
- Attendance at HR meetings
Compliance & Quality
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, social security law, and internal guidelines
- Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive personnel and payroll data
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of efficient and high-quality HR processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and further education in HR (e.g., HR Assistant)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- High discretion, sense of responsibility, and strong service orientation
- Very good German, English, and French skills in spoken and written form at least at C1 level or native level
