In a picturesque rural setting in the canton of Aargau, just a short drive from the vibrant cities of Zurich and Lucerne, there is a facility that offers a loving home to 46 elderly people.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced nurse as deputy ward manager starting immediately or by arrangement. If you are interested and would like to work in a motivated team, we warmly invite you to apply. We look forward to hearing from you.
Responsibilities
- You assist the ward manager and take care of the nursing and care of the residents
- Take responsibility during the day
- Perform special tasks according to your training
- Support trainees in practice and keep the nursing documentation electronically
Requirements Profile
- Already experienced in nursing and completed nursing training or equivalent recognized training
- Be stress-resistant and adaptable to cope in a dynamic environment
- You should be confident in handling computers and relevant software programs
- Very good knowledge of German as well as dialect comprehension
