Property Manager Residential & Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage residential and commercial properties commercially and technically
You are responsible for initial and re-lettings as well as rental contracts
You coordinate maintenance and conduct property inspections
You check heating and ancillary cost statements
You support condominium owners' associations
You participate in projects within property management
You coordinate owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities and other partners
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training
Federal specialist certificate in property management or comparable further training
Several years of professional experience in property management
Good IT skills; AbaImmo experience is an advantage
Confident German language skills as well as independent and reliable working style
