Your profile:
You hold a federal pharmacist diploma or recognized equivalence
You have good communication, coordination, animation and motivation skills, a taste for contacts and human relations. You show initiative, innovation and creativity
You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
Curious and rigorous, you like to discover and explore topics in depth and have a sense of transmission and training
You enjoy writing scientific articles and demonstrate a spirit of synthesis and popularization
You take care of all the santé pharmacieplus services, namely:
You propose a new pharmaceutical service to pharmacies each year, and organize the training, implementation and promotion
You organize updates for previously implemented pharmacieplus services
You coach teams and help pharmacies implement the services
You are responsible for promoting the various services validated by pharmacieplus to pharmacies and provide first-level assistance
You create and/or coordinate scientific and behavioral training for teams (organization, development, ...)
You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of your sector (budget presentation and compliance, invoicing, ...)
You develop and organize various health prevention-promotion campaigns
You design monthly training for pharmacy assistants and format them on the dedicated training platform
You organize sessions for pharmacists in FPH training and monitor their course
Animation and moderation of the chat on the pharmacieplus.online site
You manage the various tools implemented for training and services
