• Reception and consultation of customers in the showroom
• Customer care
• Project development
• Creating drawings
• Preparing calculations
• Designing offers
• Preparing purchase contracts
• Contact person for prospects and customers
• Contact person for service matters
• Tasks and duties on shop days
• Telephone service
• Budget preparation in collaboration with the sales manager
