What you can achieve
- You manage and optimize our medication assortment throughout the entire processing cycle – strategically and operationally
- You lead a small team and continuously develop processes in inventory management
- You drive Lean and KVP initiatives to sustainably improve efficiency and quality
- You coordinate interfaces with strategic purchasing, quality management, operations, and IT
- You act as a super key user for our SCM modules in the in-house developed ERP software
- You implement innovation and optimization projects – from processes to new technologies and KPIs
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, or industrial engineering – or comparable education
- Extensive experience in inventory management as well as in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, or food) with knowledge of GMP, ISO, and GDP
- Analytical, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented thinking with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Leadership personality with clear communication, enthusiasm, and team orientation
- Confident handling of ERP and BI systems and enjoyment of digital tools
- Native-level German, very good English skills
