As a clerk (m/f), it is advantageous to have already worked in an electrotechnical or mechanical company. Our client has been developing and producing various switches and systems for over 60 years, which are used worldwide in the electrical industry. We are looking for an uncomplicated personality who is used to working independently and efficiently as well as taking responsibility.
- Processing sales documents such as orders, offers, order confirmations or invoices
- Maintaining customer master data
- Responsible for the returns and complaints process internally and with the customer
- Supporting the project manager in the processing and execution of small and medium-sized projects
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of common MS tools as well as experience with CRM
- Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent and precise working method, responsible, creative, solution-oriented and able to keep a cool head even in hectic times

Tasks

Profile
- Commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of common MS tools as well as experience with CRM
