About the job
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software components
- Support in the introduction of new technologies and systems
- Ensuring system availability and security
- Consulting and training employees on IT issues
- Support and further development of ERP (IFS)
- Travel activity between our locations Gossau SG and Benken SG
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, system technician, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in system technology
- Solid knowledge of networks, operating systems, and server technology
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High service orientation, independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills
